nigels yummy chowder

Nigels Chowder ....from michaels kitchen

I double this recipe... it freezes great and makes great leftovers...

1 lb gound sausage ( i use the jimmy deam spicy) brown and drain but i leave a little for the onion to brown in

1 lg onion chopped and browned

add the following

1 can cream corn

1 can evaporated milk

add peeled sliced potatoes to above mixture as much as u want (i use 4 or 5 lg if your double it )

add a touch of water to this to desired consistancy

simmer till potatoes are tender

i add seasoning salt and blk pepper to taste

 

serve with crunchy bread and salad
